Due to the continuation of the pandemic and the uncertainty surrounding travel and access to Australia, the 3rd World Seabird Conference will be held in a virtual environment October 4 – 8, 2021.

Registration Procedure

Step 1: Register

Please note, registration rates are in US dollars.  There may be additional fees incurred by individual credit card companies as the processing bank merchant for WSC3 is located in Canada.

Early Bird (Ends September 13, 2021)

Regular Delegate: $120
Student Delegate: $25
Developing Nations Delegate*: $10

 

Final/Late

Regular Delegate: $150
Student Delegate: $35
Developing Nation Delegate*: $20

 

*Residents of Developing Nations are defined as Low and Middle Income by the World Bank list of developing nations and are eligible for a reduced rate.  Please note, you must be living in the country to receive the discounted registration rate.

 

Register by Monday September 27th to ensure access when the virtual congress opens. Registering after this time may result in access delays.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $25 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked, faxed, or emailed prior to September 8, 2021. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $25 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by September 8, 2021. Following this date, no transfer will be issued.

The World Seabird Conference reserves the right to modify the conference program. The conference organizers are not responsible for any non-refundable expenses participants incur for their travel and accommodations associated with this event.
